吻合器技术在中低位直肠癌切除术中的应用

目的　探讨吻合器技术在中低位直肠癌行直肠前切除术中的应用价值及可行性。方法　回顾性分析采用吻合器技术行中低位直肠癌直肠前切除术 36例的临床资料。结果　本组均痊愈出院。术后发生吻合口漏 1例 ,经保守治疗痊愈 ;术后 5个月局部复发1例 ,行横结肠造口术。无手术死亡和吻合口狭窄。结论　熟练掌握吻合器技术能帮助外科医生顺利完成手法缝合不易或难以完成的中低位直肠癌前切除术 ,方法简单、安全、可行。

The Role of Stapling Technique in Anterior Resection of Rectum:A Report of 36 Cases

Objective To study the effect and feasibility of stapling technique on anterior resection of rectum on patients with middle of low position rectal cancer. Methods The data of anterior resection of rectum in 36 cases with middle and low position rectal cancer was analyzed retrospectively. Results All patients were healed. Anastomotic fistula appeared in 1 case and healed after treatment. 1 patient received transverse colostomy because of recrudescence at local part 5 months later. No patient died and no anastomotic stoma constriction happened. Conclusions Stapling technique is a simple, safe and feasible method for anterior resection of rectum on patients with middle of low position rectal cancer. It help the doctors finish the operation which is difficult by traditional manual suture.
