湖南省部分直管企业健康监护情况分析

目的了解湖南省直管企业职业危害现状,掌握接触有害因素职工的健康状况,为保护劳动者、预防职业病提供决策依据. 方法采用常规健康检查方法对湖南省23家直管企业部分接触有害因素的职工进行全面体检,经统计分析,计算出体检率、检出率、患病率和构成比. 结果体检9 190人,体检率15.92%;总检出率44.70%,其中与职业有关的阳性体征检出率20.55%,非职业性阳性体征检出率24.14%;在检出的职业性阳性体征中,听力损失所占比重达53.63%,而非职业性疾患则以肝脏疾病为主. 结论湖南省直管企业健康监护现状不容乐观,工人健康状况堪忧,防治重点是有色金属、冶金、建材等工业部门.

A Cross-sectional Health Surveillance in Workers of Province-administered Enterprises in Hunan

Objective To find out the condition of occupational hazard to workers in Hunan province-administered enterprises,and provide a gist for decision-making of occupational disease prevention . Methods We collected the related data through paying the general physical examinations to the workers who work in occupational hazard circumstance and then figure out the check-up rate,the incidence rate,prevalence rate and proportions. Results Totally 9190 persons have been checked. The check-up rate is 15.92%,the overall incidence in all been checked is 44.70%,in which the prevalence rate of occupational disease is 20.55%,and the prevalence rate of non-occupational disease is 24.14%. In all workers with occupational diseases,the proportion of audition loss reaches 53.63%. The main non-occupational disease are hepatic diseases. Conclusion The health surveillance at present in province-administered enterprises in Hunan is not at all optimistic. The health condition of workers is worrying. The prevention and cure of occupational diseases must be focused on the industries of nonferrous metal,metallurgy,building material and so on.
