人视网膜神经纤维层厚度与近视屈光度的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 研究人视网膜神经纤维层厚度 (retinalnervefiberlayerthickness,RNFLT)与近视屈光度的关系。方法 应用视网膜厚度分析仪 (retinalthicknessanalyzer,RTA)检测 116例 (116只眼 )志愿者RNFLT、屈光状态和眼轴长度并进行统计分析。结果 RNFLT与近视眼屈光度成负相关关系 (r =- 0 6 4 6 9,P <0 0 0 1) ;RNFLT与眼轴长度也成负相关关系 (r=- 0 6 971,P <0 0 0 1)。结论 人视网膜神经纤维层厚度随眼轴长度增加而减少

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between the retinal nerve fiber layer thickness (RNFLT) and the myopic refraction of human. Methods RNFLT, axial length and myopic refraction of 116 cases (116 eyes) were examined by using retinal thickness analyzer (RTA) and analyzed statistically. Results There was an inverse linear correlation between RNFLT and myopic refraction or axial length (both P<0 01). Conclusion The RNFLT is decreased with the increase of axial length in the human eye.
