生姜合剂对运动病大鼠血液肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察运动病及生姜合剂抗运动病时血液肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮水平的变化,探讨运动病、抗运动病与内分泌功能变化的关系,为运动病防治提供实验依据。方法以诱发运动病的旋转刺激大鼠,用放射免疫法测定此时血浆肾素、血管紧张素及血清醛固酮的水平,并观察生姜合剂(灌胃1.8ml/200g体重,生药含量1g/ml)对它们的影响。结果对照组、旋转刺激组及生姜合剂组血浆肾素水平(ng*ml-1*h-1)分别为(7.26±3.59),(6.59±3.69),(10.8±4.76)(P>0.05);血管紧张素Ⅱ水平(pg/ml)为(302.2±180.4),(303.7±200.7),(607.2±196.1)(P<0.05);血清醛固酮水平(pg/ml)为(546.4±277.3),(664.2±248.6),(1081.5±256.7)(P<0.05)。模拟运动病时大鼠血液肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮水平未见升高,生姜合剂能抗运动病,可提高大鼠血液血管紧张素、醛固酮水平。结论结合文献及本研究所以前的研究结果,认为运动病亦是一种应激反应,运动病的发生可能与异常运动刺激下机体应激不足有关,提高机体的应激水平可能有抗运动病作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the changes of plasma renin and angiotensin levels and serum aldosterone level in rats with simulated motion sickness and after administration of compound ginger extract, in order to investigate the relations of hormonal endocrine with motion sickness and antimotion sickness function, so as to afford a new experimental basis for the prevention of motion sickness. Methods Rats were stimulated with rotation to evoke motion sickness, and then plasma levels of renin and angiotensin and serum level of aldosterone were analyzed with radioimmunoassay. Meanwhile, the effects of compound ginger extract(containing crude drug 1 g/ml,p.o., 1.8 ml/200 g wt) on above humoral factors were observed. Results The plasma renin and angiotensin levels and the serum aldosterone level were not elevated after rotatory stimulation. Compound ginger extract as anti-motion-sickness drug raised plasma angiotensin level and serum aldosterone level from(303.7±200.7)pg/ml to(607.2±196.1)pg/ml and from(664.2±248.6)pg/ml to(1081.5±256.7)pg/ml respectively. Conclusions Combined with our previous reports and others, it is suggested that motion sickness is also a stress response; its development may relate to the state of low stress level of the susceptible subjects to abnormal motion stimulation, so that prevention of motion sickness may be attained by way of elevating stress level of the subjects susceptible to motion sickness.
