Application of a company's optimization platform in the information management of hospital scientific research funds

Objective:To establish an information management process for hospital scientific research funding.Methods:Analyze the problems existing in the hospital's previous scientific research funding management model,and apply the optimization of a company's platform to the hospital's scientific research funding management.Results:An optimized platform was integrated with the supervision,procurement of reagents and consumables,reimbursement,approval and other procedures in the use of hospital scientific research funds to build an integrated research funding management system.Compared with the previous process,an optimization platform has the advantages of simplifying the use of scientific research funds,improving the efficiency of scientific researchers and managers,and realizing paperless collaborative office.Conclusion:An optimized platform can promote the information management of hospital scientific research funds and improve efficiency.
