基于约束理论分析了医院提升运营效率在门诊流程和住院流程上存在的瓶颈。门诊流程中主要包括"三长一短"和医技检查资源不够造成的瓶颈,住院流程中主要包括床位不够以及手术室低效率造成的瓶颈。根据约束理论五步聚焦法提出相应的改进策略,包括实行"医管分工合治"模式,增加日间病床的使用,实行预住院管理、床位共享管理、门诊放化疗管理等,帮助医院提升整体运营效率。

Exploration of strategies for improving hospital operation efficiency based on constraint theory

Based on the constraint theory,the bottlenecks in the outpatient process and the inpatient process for improving the operation efficiency of the hospital are analyzed.The outpatient process mainly includes bottlenecks caused by"three lengths and one short"and insufficient medical technical examination resources.The inpatient process mainly includes bottlenecks caused by insufficient beds and inefficient operating rooms.According to the five-step focus method of constraint theory,corresponding improvement strategies are proposed,including the implementation of the"hospital management and management"model,increasing the use of day beds,implementing pre-hospital management,bed sharing management,and outpatient chemoradiation management to help the hospital improve its overall operational efficiency.
