基于绩效管理的信息化运行管理平台建设及运行的探索与实践

行政管理部门、后勤保障部门和临床科室之间的协调统一并形成合力是现代化医院建设发展的基础问题。笔者以首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院构建基于信息化运行管理平台为例,阐述了信息化固化医院科室运行管理模式后,对绩效考核结果在医院绩效评价、科室运行、科室关系改善等方面发挥的作用,为现代化医院管理提供理论和实践依据。

Exploration and practice of construction and operation of information operation management platform based on performance management

The coordination and unity between administrative departments,logistics support departments and clinical departments and forming a joint force are the basic issues for the construction and development of modern hospitals.The author takes the Beijing Tongren Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University as an example to build an informationbased operation management platform.After explaining the information-based curing of the department's operation and management mode,the performance evaluation results are used in hospital performance evaluation,department operation,and department relationship improvement.Role to provide theoretical and practical basis for modern hospital management.
