| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨儿童眼球穿孔伤的特点，以利于正确的治疗和预防。方法 回顾性分析95例儿童眼球穿孔伤的流行病学特点，以及手术治疗的经验。结果 95例儿童眼球穿孔伤占同期儿童眼外伤的51．80％。农村儿童发病率高达87．37％，男女比为1．6：1。主要发生在寒、暑假(62．10％)。主要致伤物为非玩具物品；致伤部位以角膜穿孔最为多见(72．63％)；治疗后致盲率由52．63％下降至27．37％。结论 儿童眼球穿孔伤是儿童致盲的主要原因之一。提高家长、社会对本病的认识，才能更好地做好预防工作。早期、及时、合理的治疗可使致盲率降到最低。
