| 摘 要： | 目的 描述大连市2004年申请企业医疗保险补助人员高血压、高血压合并糖尿病及并发症的流行病学特征,为制定慢性病防控及医疗保险补助政策提供依据.方法 在大连市2004年申请企业医疗保险补助的检诊合格人群中,通过整群随机抽样的方法抽取13 623人作为研究对象,将其检查结果录入数据库.采用SPSS 11.5统计软件进行分析.结果 高血压患病率为49.4%,高血压并发糖尿病患病率为30.5%,冠心病、视网膜病变和脑卒中呈随年龄增高而增加的趋势,肾病在低年龄组人群中患病率较高;高血压并发症男性较女性高,高血压合并糖尿病并发症女性较男性高.结论 高年龄组的患者应以预防和控制冠心病、视网膜病变和脑卒中为主.
