| 摘 要： | 目的评估荆州市实施一年人畜两次扩大化疗控制血吸虫病效果。方法收集整理荆州市2008年开展人畜两次扩大化疗后的主要疫情数据,并与2007年疫情进行对比分析。结果与2007年比较,荆州市2008年人群血吸虫感染率下降18.45%,对应村分层构成比发生了显著变化;625个耕牛感染率≥5%的村全部降至5%以下,耕牛感染率下降37.50%,全市血吸虫病疫情下降明显。钉螺面积与上年相比仅下降0.78%,其中垸外钉螺面积占68.09%。结论一年实施人畜两次扩大化疗控制血吸虫病效果明显,但螺情仍较为严重,人畜血吸虫感染率回升的危险性依然存在。
