摘    要:目的:研究竹节参总皂苷降血脂的药理活性。方法:腹腔注射75%蛋黄生理盐水溶液0.02mL.g-1建立小鼠高血脂动物模型。随机分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、2个阳性对照组(包括血脂康组及辛伐他汀组)和2个试验组(Z1高剂量组及Z1低剂量组)。空白对照组给予生理盐水,高脂模型组给予蛋黄乳溶液和生理盐水,阳性对照组和试验组以CMC-Na混悬,配成混悬药液样品。测定给药后动物血浆中TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C的mmol.L-1浓度。结果:阳性对照组和试验组各项指标与模型组比较,差异均有显著性。结论:竹节参总皂苷具有一定的降血脂的作用,并呈现量效关系。

Abstract:Objective: To study if the total rhizoma panacis japonica saponins could influence high blood lipid level and to provide evidence in developing new drugs on antihyperlipidemia.Methods: Hyperlipidemia mice model was established by celiac injection of 75% egg-yolk emulsion.Then the animals were administrated with samples comprising equal saponins of different doses from Panax japonicus C.A.Mey.The total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum were measured.Results:In comparison with control groups,TC,TG,LDL-C levels in the total saponins in Panax japonicus C.A.Mey were significantly decreased;HDL-C levels were significantly increased.Conclusion: Both the two extracts show notable antihyperlipidemia effect in serum in mice,but the high doses results were better than the low doses.
