摘 要: | 目的::探讨同伴教育对糖尿病患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组进行常规健康教育,观察组同时对患者实施同伴教育8周。分别于教育前和教育后采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和生活质量指数评定量表(QOL)进行评分。结果:健康教育后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分和QOL评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者实施同伴教育,可改善患者的负性情绪和生活质量。

Abstract: | [ABSTRACT]Objective:To investigate the effects of peer education on negative emotion and life quality of type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:60 cases type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The patients in control group received routine health education;Moreover, the patients in observation group also received peer education for 8-week. The effects were evaluated respectively before and after education by using SAS scale, SDS scale and QOL scale.Results:After health education, the SAS scores, SDS scores and QOL scores of patients in observation group were all better than that of patients in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:Peer education can improve negative emotion and life quality of type 2 diabetic patients. |
