白首乌的化学成分研究

摘    要:从白首乌Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight中分离并鉴定了7个化合物,分别为:蒲公英醇乙酸酯(Ⅰ),Cynanchone A(Ⅱ),丁二酸(Ⅲ),白桦脂酸(Ⅳ),开德苷元(Ⅴ),隔山消苷CIN(Ⅵ),隔山消苷KIN(Ⅶ)。其中化合物Ⅰ-Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分得。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study on the chemical constituents of root of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight. METHODS: The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, and the spectroscopic methods (MS, NMR) were used to identify their sturctures. RESULTS: Seven compounds were obtained and identified as: taraxasterol acetate (I), cynanchone A (II), succinic acid (III), betulinic acid (IV), kidjoranin (V), wilfoside CIN (VI), wilfoside KIN (VII). CONCLUSION: Compounds I-IV are isolated from this plant for the first time.
