| 摘 要： | 目的探讨可膨胀式自锁髓内钉治疗胫骨干骨折的并发症原因及防治措施。方法采用可膨胀式自锁髓内钉治疗43例胫骨干骨折。结果43例随访3-18个月。术中出现肺栓塞1例;术后出现钉体折断1例,膨胀失效1例,感染2例,骨折延期愈合2例,膝关节活动障碍1例。结论可膨胀式自锁髓内钉是治疗胫骨干骨折的一个良好的固定方法,通过对其并发症原因的了解,可以预防和明显降低各种并发症的发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the use of self-locking inflation intramedullary nail and to reduce its complication. Methods 43 patients with tibial shaft fractures treated with self-locking inflation intramedullary nail were followed up. Results 43 cases were followed up for 3 - 18 months. There were 1 pulmonary embolism, 1 nail breakage, 1 failure inflation ,2 postoperative infection ,2 delayed unions and 1 articular movement impairment. Conclusions Self-locking inflation intramedullary nail is good for the treatment of tibial shaft fracture. The complications can be reduced obviously by analyzing the causes and preventive measures. |
