新型球帽固位体的研究及临床应用

目的 :简化现有的球帽固位体、降低成本 ,研制开发符合我国国情的球帽固位体 ,并初步应用于临床。方法 :设计了两种球帽固位体 :一种基台与球体为一整体 (A -球 ) ,另一种基台与球体分离 (B -球 )。固位帽由永久软衬直接衬于义齿组织面构成。观察了边缘适合性 ,测量了固位力 ,同时进行了初步临床应用观察。结果 :这两种设计各具特点 ,但A -球结构简单 ,边缘适合性和内部稳定性均好 ,固位力虽不大 ,但患者满意。B -球则相反。固位帽制作方便 ,结构简单 ,与义齿结合牢固。结论 :A -球设计较具临床应用价值。固位帽的设计简单而合理 ,临床初步应用效果良好。

The study and application of the new ball-cap retainers in clinic

Objective:To simplify the popular ball-cap retainers and to decrease the costs of them. Two new ball-cap retainers were manufactured and applied in clinic. Methods:One was A-ball whose abutment cooperated in the ball attachment, the other one was B-ball whose abutment separated from the ball attachment. The cap was made of permanent soft-liner in the denture base. The marginal fits were observed. And the retentive forces were measured. Then the retainers were used in clinic. Results:The characteristics of these two retainers were different. A-ball was simple in structure and easy to be manufactured. It had a better marginal fitness and stability. Its retentive force was not too big, but satisfied by patients. B-ball was on the contrary with A-ball. Conclusion: A-ball was more practical in clinic. The design of the cap was simple and reasonable. And its pilot use effect was good in clinic.
