摘    要: 目的 为规范化种植穿心莲药材质量研究提供新的基础研究资料。方法 RP-HPLC建立穿心莲指纹图谱,并进行不同种植基地(产地)与商品药材、不同生长期、不同药用部位指纹图谱的比较,采用计算机辅助的相似度评价软件进行相似度评价。结果 在选定的色谱条件下,226 nm检测波长下的15个峰构成穿心莲药材的指纹特征,各批次样品指纹图谱均具有上述特征,但特征峰的相对含量分布差异导致色谱概貌存在一定差异。计算机辅助相似度评价,5个规范化种植基地产穿心莲药材指纹特征相互间较为吻合,具有较好的一致性,商品药材则差异较大。不同生长期药材指纹图谱也具有较好的一致性,多数特征峰含量呈现随生长期而增加的动态累积过程,不同部位则特征峰的含量分布叶中大大高于茎。结论 实行规范化种植对于保证药材质量的稳定性具有重要的意义,所建立的方法可较全面地反映穿心莲药材多成分特征,并进行药材质量评价。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide new and basic research materials for quality assessment of Herba Andrographis cultivated in compliance with good agricultural practice (GAP). METHODS A characteristic fingerprint was established by RP-HPLC. The fingerprints of samples from different cultivation bases and markets, different growth periods, and different medicinal parts were compared with each other and evaluated the similarity with computer aided similarity evaluation software (CASES) .RESULTS 15 peaks at 226 nm were considered as the char-acteristic fingerprints of Herba Andrographis. All samples tested contained the same 15 peaks, but the content of each peak showed great difference among the samples, which resulted in the differences on their chromatograms. CASES analysis showed that samples from 5 different GAP bases exhibited high similarity, the samples from different markets exhibited great difierences.The relative contents of most characteristic peaks of samples of different growth periods showed a cumulative process with the growth time prolonging. Otherwise, the relative contents of all characteristic peaks were greatly higher in leaves than those in stems. CONCLUSION GAP is very important for the stability of the quality of crude drug. The established method can reflect the multi-constituent characters of Herba Andrographis and assess its quality.
