改良持续膀胱冲洗装置在前列腺等离子电切术后患者中的应用

目的：探讨改良持续膀胱冲洗装置在前列腺等离子电切术后患者中的应用效果。方法：将90例前列腺等离子电切术后患者随机分成试验组和对照组各45例,试验组采用改良持续膀胱冲洗装置,对照组采用传统装置进行持续膀胱冲洗。观察两组患者膀胱痉挛性疼痛、冲洗液反流、尿管堵塞、尿管周围漏尿等现象。结果：采用改良持续膀胱冲洗装置的患者发生膀胱痉挛性疼痛、冲洗液反流、尿管堵塞的现象减少,同时也减少了尿管周围漏尿的发生,与采用传统装置的患者相比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：使用改良持续膀胱冲洗装置进行持续膀胱冲洗的患者冲洗更通畅,能有效减少前列腺等离子电切术后患者尿管周围漏尿的发生。

Application of improvement continuous bladder irrigation on the patients after transurethral electrotomy of prostate

Objective：To investigate the effects of improved continuous bladder irrigation on the patients after transurethral electrotomy of prostate.Methods： 90 cases after transurethral electrotomy of prostate were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 per group.Experinmental group was nursed by improved continuous bladder irrigation device,the control group used conventional device.We recorded and counted data of spasmodic of pain,contraflow of rinse solution,catheter blockage,and leakage of urine around urethral catheter.Results： The group which nursed by improved device shows that the phenomenons of spasmodic of pain,contraflow of rinse solution,catheter blockage and leakage of urine are decreased.The difference both had statistical significounce（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The improved continuous bladder irrigation device can keep the catheter easy and smooth,and decrease leakage of urine.
