气压治疗仪在预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨气压治疗仪对预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法:将45例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组(25例)和气压治疗组(20例),两组患者早期均进行常规药物治疗和采取相同的护理措施,在此基础上气压治疗组使用气压治疗仪。10 d后评定两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率,并进行统计学分析。结果:气压治疗组患者经气压治疗后,发生下肢深静脉血栓的例数明显减少,其效果明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:通过气压治疗对预防脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果显著。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effectiveness of air pressure treatment on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity in hemiparalysis of patients with stroke.Methods:We chosedd 45 hemiparalysis of patients with stroke,then divided them into airpressure treatment(n=20) and control group(n=25) randomly.Conventional therapy and nursing were applied to all groups in earlier period.Meanwhile,the airpressure treatment group was applied to air-pressure treatment.The incidence rate of lower deep venous thrombosis of all patients was assessed before and 10 days after treatment.Then analyzed the data with statistics.Results:After treatment,the number of patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity was obviously decreased in airpressure treatment group compared to the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Airpressure treatment could prevent of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity in hemiparalysis of patients with stroke obviously.
