聘用护士职业生涯规划现状的调查分析

摘    要:目的:调查聘用护士职业生涯规划的现状及其影响因素,分析现状提出相应的措施。方法:采用随机抽样法,使用一般情况及相关因素调查表、职业生涯规划调查问卷对聘用护士进行调查。结果:聘用护士的职业生涯规划平均分数为(148.72±23.36)分,不同年龄段、不同学历、不同职称护理人员的职业生涯规划情况的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强聘用护士的自我认知和职业认知,做好职业规划管理,有利于稳定护理人才,提高护理队伍的整体素质水平。

Abstract:Objective: To study the present situation and related factors of contract nurses career planning,aiming at proposing some countermeasures for improving the career planning.Methods: Carrying out investigation with random sampling method,contract nurses selected,then applying the self-composed questionnaire on general situation,the questionnaire on relevant conditions of professional planning and with occupational career questionnaire of contract nurses.Results: The average score through occupational career questionnaire of contract nurses was(148.72±23.36).Additionally,Statistical significances are revealed by occupational career questionnaire of contract nurses generated in different aspects of the scores of contract nurses with different educational level,professional job title,age.Conclusions: Enhancing self-awareness and professional self-cognition of contract nurses,and acting on occupational career management benefit stability of qualified nursing stuffs and promotion of overall quality of nursing personnel.
