医疗服务价格公开体系的建立

为了增加医疗领域价格透明度,进一步完善医疗服务价格公开体系的建立,美国政府通过引进法律法规来加强管制价格透明度,而价格透明度系统的设计却面临着对什么价格进行公布的问题。同时,价格透明化和最惠国条约同样面临着提高患者医疗费用的负面影响。本文提出,透明度方案应该鼓励和督促公开患者基于计划的共同费用,同时,促进医疗服务领域成本意识的提升。

Establishment of Transparency Systems for Medical Care Prices

To increase price transparency in health care and further perfect the designing transparency systems for medical care prices,leading congressional Democrats and Republicans have introduced legislation to mandate price transparency.However,a major issue facing transparency systems is what prices to publish.Price transparency,as well as MFN Treaties has led to higher prices.We believe that transparency initiatives should encourage or mandate disclosure of plan-specific patient co-payments and improve the cost consciousness in health care system.
