护理干预对焦虑与抑郁型消化内科患者的影响

目的:对焦虑、抑郁型消化内科患者进行分型和综合护理干预,为护理干预对焦虑、抑郁型消化内科患者心理状况改善或回归正常提供临床依据。方法:选择2011年1～3月消化内科焦虑、抑郁患者30例,将其随机分为干预组和对照组各15例,对照组按常规护理,干预组进行有针对性护理干预措施。出院时利用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)对两组患者进行问卷调查。结果:干预组患者出院时焦虑、抑郁患病率低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑与抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可显著改善消化内科患者焦虑抑郁情绪,促进疾病康复,提高生活质量。

Influence research of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression-type digesting internal medicine patients

Objective： Classing and comprehensive nursing intervention to anxiety and depression-type digesting internal medicine patients.Providing a clinical evidence for nursing intervention to improve anxiety and depression-type digesting internal medicine patients psychological situation or to return to a normal.Methods：30 patients with anxiety and depression in digesting internal medicine from Jan.-Mar.2001 were divided into intervention group and control group,15 patients in each group.The control group with normal nursing,intervention group with corresponding intervention measures.Carrying on the questionnaire survey by hospital anxiety and depression scale（HADS） on digesting internal medicine patients in hospital admission and discharge.Results：The accur rate and score of anxiety and depression in intervention group was lower than in control group.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can significantly improve anxiety and depression mood,promote disease rehabilitation and increasethe quality of life on digesting internal medicine patients.
