原发性肠系膜肿瘤的CT诊断

摘    要:目的:分析原发性肠系膜肿瘤(PMT)的CT表现,探讨CT对其定位及定性诊断的价值.方法:对13例经病理证实原发性肠系膜肿瘤的CT及临床资料进行回顾分析.结果:13例原发性肠系膜肿瘤中4例良性,其余均为恶性;位于小肠系膜10例,结肠系膜3例,肿瘤直径6.4~13.0 cm (平均9.5 cm);纤维瘤2例,平滑肌肉瘤2例,间质瘤4例,淋巴瘤2例,脂肪肉瘤2例,恶性纤维组织细胞瘤1例.结论:PMT CT表现缺乏特异性.CT对体积相对较小的PMT有较高的定位价值,对体积巨大肿瘤定位有一定困难,可较准确判断PMT的良恶性.

Abstract:Objective:To analyze CT features of primary mesentery tumor,to evaluate CT in localizing and qualitative diagnosis of the disease.Methods:The imaging data of 13 patients with primary mesentery tumor,different in type,proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.9 cases of the 13 were malignant,and 4 were benign.10 cases were originated from mesentery,3 from mesocolon.The size of tumors ranged from 6.4cm to 13cm (averaged 9.5cm) in diameter.The lesions included fibroma (n=2),lymphangioma (n=2),gastrointestinal stromal tumors (n=4),lymphoma (n=2),leiomyosarcoma (n=2),and malignant fibrous histiocytoma (n=1).Conclusion:Primary mesenteric tumors have a variety of types.CT is of great value in localizing diagnosis of primary mesenteric tumors small in size comparatively.But it might be somehow difficult in localizing large mass.CT is reliable in differentiating benign from malignant ones,although it is difficult to determine its histological origin in most cases.
