| 摘 要： | 目的:分析江苏省近年来肺结核病人的发现与治疗转归情况。方法:根据江苏省2006年～2010年各类结核病登记报表和网络专报数据,对病例的发现及治疗转归进行队列分析。结果:全省活动性肺结核病人登记率从2006年的65.57/10万,降为2010年的54.34/10万;涂阳登记率从2006年的39.20/10万,降到2010年的33.71/10万;新涂阳登记率从2006年的31.75/10万,降到2010年的28.88/10万。近5年治愈率保持在90%以上,超过规划要求的85%水平。结论:2006年～2010年江苏省肺结核病人的发现与治疗水平不断提高,现代结核病控制策略取得了显著成效。
