江苏省2009年健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测分析

目的：了解和掌握江苏省不同年龄组健康人群的麻疹免疫现状,对其抗体水平进行监测。方法：使用酶联免疫吸附试验检测正常人群麻疹IgG抗体并计算阳性率。结果：2009年共监测5 075份标本,阳性率93.69%,各年龄组差异有统计学意义（χ2=724.66,P〈0.01）。不同地区之间麻疹抗体阳性率有显著差异（χ2=151.97,P〈0.01）。结论：江苏省健康人群的麻疹抗体阳性率普遍较高,发生大范围暴发流行的可能性不大,但个别地区个别年龄组仍有阳性率偏低现象,应注意加强免疫。

Analysis on surveillance of measles antibody level of healthy people in Jiangsu province,2009
