经不痛治疗痛经的药效学研究

目的：观察经不痛对痛经的影响。方法：采用醋酸、热板、缩宫素致痛及缩宫素致子宫平滑肌收缩，二甲苯致炎，同时用寒凝血瘀造模的方法。结果：经不痛能减少醋酸、缩宫素引起的扭体反应数及延长热板引起的小鼠痛阈值，降低二甲苯引起小鼠的耳肿胀，缓解小鼠子宫平滑肌剧烈收缩，降低寒凝所致的大鼠血液粘度及血细胞压积的升高。结论：经不痛用于痛经效果良好。

Pharmacodynamics Effect of Jingbutong On Dysmenonrhea

Objective: To study the influence of Jingbutong on dysmenonrhea. Methods: Ache was caused by acetic acid?heat blade and oxytocin. Contraction of uterus smooth muscle was induced by oxytocin. Inflammation was caused by dimethylbenzene. The research on blood circulation was performed with the blood stasis syndrone caused by cold-evil. Results: Jingbutong decreased wring bodies response number induced by acetic acid and oxytocin, and elongated pain threshold value induced by on heat blade in mice. Jingbutong could decrease ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene and remission severe contraction of uterus smooth muscle in mice. Jingbutong could inhibit the increase blood viscosity and packed-cell volume caused by cold-evil in rat. Conclusion:Jingbutong has good effects on Dysmenonrhea.
