某省46所医院胰岛素注射器具应用及收费调查

目的了解陕西省医疗机构胰岛素注射器具应用及收费情况。方法采取整群抽样和问卷调查法。结果1ml普通注射器和胰岛素注射笔应用普遍；在使用1ml普通注射器者中，58．73％收费不合理；胰岛素注射笔用针头重复使用者占61．9％。结论护理人员要严格执行操作规范；物价部门要加强监督。建议将胰岛素注射笔及其耗材列入医保、新合疗范围，并推广使用胰岛素专用注射器。

A Survey on the Application and Charge of Insulin Injection Units in 46 Hospitals in one Province

Objective To investigate the situation about the application and charge of insulin injection units in medical agencies of Shaanxi province. Method Adopting cluster sampling and questionnaire survey methods. Result The type of 1 ml ordinary injector and insulin injection--pen is generally used. The percentage of unreasonable charge in patients with 1 ml ordinary injector was 58.73%, and that with the reused pinhead of insulin injection--pen was 61.9 %. Conclusion Nursing staff should strictly execute manipulation standard and the price department should enhance supervision. It is suggested that the insulin injection--pen and related material be included in medical insurance and new collaboration medicine, and the using of specific insulin injection units should be generalization.
