药液湿敷治疗小儿输液外渗致单纯肿胀型损伤160例效果观察

目的:探讨药液湿敷对小儿输液外渗致单纯肿胀型损伤的治疗效果。方法:将285例输液外渗致单纯肿胀型损伤患儿随机分为观察组160例和对照组125例,观察组采用75%酒精、地塞米松和654-2联合或交替湿敷,对照组仅给予50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果:观察组治疗效果明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组湿敷起效时间和恢复治愈时间明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用75%酒精、地塞米松和654-2联合或交替湿敷治疗小儿输液外渗致单纯肿胀型损伤效果满意,值得临床推广。

Observation on the effect of wet compress of liquid medicine on treating simple swelling injury caused by infusion extravasation in 160 infants

Objective:To explore the effect of wet compress of liquid medicine on treating simple swelling injury caused by infusion extravasation in infant.Methods:Two hundred and eighty five infants with simple swelling injury caused by infusion extravasation were randomly divided into observation group (n=160) and control group(n=125).Wet compress with ethanol in 75%,dexamethasone and 654-2 was applied alternatively in observation group,wet compress with magnesium sulfate in 50% was only used in control group.Results:The curative effect was better in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05);the effectual time and curative time were obviously shorter in observation group than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Combined or alternative wet compress with ethanol in 75%,dexamethasone and 654-2 is very effective and satisfactory in the treatment of simple swelling injury caused by infusion extravasation in infant.
