摘    要:目的 评价含司帕沙星、卷曲霉素方案对耐多药肺结核(MDR-PTB)的疗效。 方法 200例MDR-PTB患者,随机分为两组。治疗组采用3SCDTZ/9SDTZ方案治疗,对照组采用3IDTZA/90DT方案治疗。 结果 第3个月末,治疗组痰菌转阴率为74%,明显优于对照组的43%,两组对照有统计学上的显著性意义,P<0.05。疗程结束时,治疗组痰菌转阴率为916%,明显优于对照组的70%,两组对照有统计学上的显著性意义,P<0.05。 结论 以司帕沙星、卷曲霉素联合其他抗结核药物组成的化疗方案对MDR-PTB疗效肯定,痰菌转阴速度快,值得继续临床探索。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of sparfloxacin and capreomycin on multidrug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients (MDR-PTB). Methods Two hundred MDR-PTB patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group consisted of 100 patients treated with sparfloxacin and capreomycin and control group consisted of 100 patients treated with domestic ofloxacin and amikacin. Results three months after treatment the sputum negative conversion rate in treatment group was 74% and statistically significant over that of 43% in the control group (P < 0.05). At the end of treatment significant differences were observed in the treatment group with a sputum negative conversion rate of 96% as compared with that of the control group with a sputum negative conversion rate of 70% (P < 0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of sparfloxacin and capreomycin in combination with other drugs are stable and rapid sputum negative conversion rate can be achieved. Thus it is worthwhile to be clinically explored.
