摘    要:目的 研究P5 3在胃粘膜上皮非典型增生和胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理和预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S -P法对 2 0例正常胃粘膜组织 ,2 4例非典型增生和 3 5例胃癌进行P5 3检测。结果 P5 3在胃癌中的阳性表达率(5 1.43 % )明显高于正常胃粘膜 (0 % )和异型增生 (16.67% ) ,P均 <0 .0 1;P5 3阳性表达率与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有直接关系 ,P 均 <0 .0 5。结论 P5 3基因的阳性表达有助于判断非典型增生的发展趋势 ,评估胃癌的发生发展及判断和监测胃癌的预后。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the P53 expression in epithelial gastric mucosa atypical hyperplasia and stomach cancer, as well as the relation of P53 expression and clinical pathology and prognosis. Methods An immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the P53 expression in 20 cases with normal gastric mucosa tissues, 24 cases with atypical hyperplasia and 35 cases with stomach cancer. Results The P53 positive rate in stomach cancer was 51.43%, which was significantly higher than those in the normal gastric mucosa (0%) and the atypical hyperplasia (16.67%), all the P values were <0.01; the date proved that P53 positive rate had direct relation with the gastric differentiation degree, infiltration depth and lymphatic metastasis, all the P values were <0.05. Conclusion P53 gene expression positive rate could be as a useful marker to judge the atypical hyperplasia pathogenosis and evaluate the onset and development of stomach cancer and predict the prognosis of stomach cancer.
