手术室对手术患者实施术前综合干预的效果评价

目的探讨手术室对手术患者实施术前综合干预的效果。方法将妇科择期手术患者120例随机分为实验组和对照组，各60例。实验组除给予常规护理外，还进行术前综合干预，对照组按常规护理。观察两组干预前后血压、心率及焦虑值变化情况、术后疼痛程度等。结果两组干预前的各项观察指标无显著性差异（P〉0．05），干预后的各项指标有显著性差异（P〈0．05），实验组血压、心率、焦虑值低于对照组，对疼痛的耐受程度高于对照组。结论手术室对手术患者实施术前综合干预，可减轻患者焦虑情绪，稳定血压、心率，提高疼痛阈值，对保证手术顺利进行及术后恢复有重要意义。
