| 摘 要： | 目的 寻求早期发现宫颈癌前病变和早期宫颈癌的检查方法。方法 对1915例宫颈疾病患者采取阴道镜检查和活检及巴氏刮片，然后对其结果进行分析。结果 本研究发现阴道镜与宫颈巴氏刮片在假阳性率，特异度上在统计学上无显著性差异(P＞0．05)，阴道镜对宫颈疾病诊断的假阴性率显著地低于宫颈巴氏刮片，灵敏度显著地高于宫颈巴氏刮片，在统计学上有极显著意义(P＜0．01)。结论 阴道镜在宫颈疾病的诊断中显著地优于宫颈巴氏刮片，尤其在发现宫颈癌前病变和早期宫颈癌病变中有着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using vaginoscope examination for cervical diseases diagnosis. Methods A total of 1915 cases with cervical diseases were diagnosed with vaginoscope and cervical smear. Result There were no significant differences in accuracy and specificity between vaginoscope examination and cervical smear(P>0.05), but the former was more sensitive than the latter(P<0.01). Conclusion Vaginoscope is better than cervical smear in cervical diseases diagnosis, especially in microinvasive carsinoma and precancerous lesions of uterine cervix. |
