| 摘 要： | 在医院后勤社会化改革进程中,如何加强后勤设备管理是重要一环.文章就医院后勤社会化管理条件下设备管理的方法和理论展开讨论,结合医院的具体环境对设备管理的范畴、机构设置、人员管理、设备的运行维护、资料管理和经济管理进行讨论,从而为建立科学、系统的后勤管理体制做好准备.

| Abstract: | In the progress of the reformation about socialization of logistics in hospital,how to reinforce the management of logistic equipment is an improtant subject ahead of us.This article mainly discusses the method and the theories of equipment management.And combining with the definite surroundings in hospital,it deals with the domain about the management of equipment,the setting of organization,the staff management,the running and maintenance of equipment,the management of data and economy,so that we can get ready for establishing scientific and systemic system of the logistics management. |
