EGFR、C—erB2和PCNA在多原发乳腺癌组织的表达及意义

目的：研究多原发乳腺癌组织EGFR，C-erbB2和PCNA变化规律，探讨EGFR，C-erbB2和PCNA预测第二原发癌发生的价值。方法：应用免疫组组化检测34例良性恶性乳腺组织中EGFR、C-erbB2，PCNA的表达，并比较其阳性表达率和程度的差异。结果：多原发乳腺癌和无复发乳腺癌组织EGFR，C-erbB2，PCNA阳性表达率均较乳腺纤维腺瘤组织高，多原发乳腺癌EGFR，C-erbB2阳性表达程度高于无复发乳腺癌。结论：EGFR，C-erb2B，PCNA可反映癌组织细胞增殖活跃，EGFR，C-erbB2过表达在预测第二原发癌发生具有一定价值。

Expression and significance of EGFR,C-erbB_2 and PCNA in multiple primary breast carcinoma tissues

Objective:To study the expression of EGFR,C-erbB 2 and PCNA in multiple primary breast carcinoma tissues and to evaluate the prediction significance in occurrence of the second primary carcinoma . Methods: Expression of EGFR,C-erbB 2,PCNA in 34 benign and malignant breast paraffin-embeded specimens ,the difference of the rate and the intensity of positive reaction of EGFR,C-erbB 2,PCNA were checked. Results: The positive rate of EGFR,C-erbB 2,PCNA increased significantly in malignant breast tissues compared with benign breast tissues.The positive intensity of EGFR,C-erbB 2 increased significantly in multiple breast carcinoma tissues compared with tissues of no occurrence of breast carcinoma. Conclusion: The expression of EGFR,C-erbB 2 and PCNA may indicate the proliferating activity of carcinoma cell.The positive intensity of expression of EGFR,C-erbB 2 provided with certain value in prediction of the occurrence of second primary carcinoma.
