妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病终止妊娠的时机、方式及结局的临床研究

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病性心脏病终止妊娠的时机、方式及结局。方法回顾性分析了62例妊娠高血压性心脏病的临床资料。结果阴道分娩与剖宫产组在低体重儿肺透明膜病及围产儿死亡率方面差异无显著性（P〉0．05），但剖宫产组新生儿窒息率明显低于阴道分娩组（P〈0．05），剖宫产组围产儿低体重儿出生率随孕周的增长而降低，心衰未经有效控制剖宫产与心衰控制后及延长孕周剖宫产围产儿预后无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论对于妊娠期高血压疾病心脏病积极控制心衰，适时终止妊娠是重要手段，终止妊娠的方式首选剖宫产。

Clinical study of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome accompanied with heart disease on terminating pregnacy opportunity style and outcome

Objective To assay the effects of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH) accompanied with heart disease on terminating pregnancy opportunity style and outcome. Methods The clinical material of 62 cases with PIH accompanied with heart failure were analyzed retrospeively. Results The neonatal birth low weight prenatal fatality rate and pneumonic transparent membranes disease in count deliver group and cesarean section was no difference with the development of the timing cesarean section, but the neonatal asphyxia rate were descend, the outcome to periapt between the cases were well controlled and were not well controlled who did cesarean section had no difference. Conclusion Immediate prevention and treatment may improve the pregnancy out come, it must terminate pregnancy. The better style is cesarean section.
