| 摘 要： | 目的:研究运用中西药结合治疗,其中中药采用前列清热通瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效。方法:随机分2组,A组采用中西药结合治疗,B组采用单纯西药治疗,进行治疗前后疗效和中医症状评分的统计学分析。结果:A组(治疗组)治疗后4周中医症状评分明显好于B组(P<0.05)。A组总有效率92%,B组总有效率84%。2组总有效率有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西药结合治疗、其中中药采用前列清热通瘀汤治疗慢性前列腺炎要明显好于单纯西药治疗。
