正常Long Evans大鼠不同发育阶段闪光视觉诱发电位波形的比较

摘    要:目的 比较3组不同发育阶段正常Long Evans大鼠的闪光视觉诱发电位(Flash visual evoked potential,F-VEP)的异同,探索闪光视觉诱发电位波形在视觉发育过程中的变化规律。方法 随机抽取不同发育阶段的Long Evarts大鼠50只,分成3组。每组大鼠用乙醚麻醉,使用视觉电生理检查系统采集其F-VEP。结果 未睁眼组未记录到大鼠明显的VEP波形,睁眼后可记录到大鼠F—VEP波形,但成年组和幼年组F-VEP主波(Pmax)的潜伏期和振幅有显著性差异,成年组与幼年组Long Evans大鼠相比,F-VEP主波(Pmax)的潜伏期缩短、振幅减小。结论 随着发育,LongEvans大鼠F-VEP主波(Pmax)的潜伏期缩短、振幅减小。F—VEP对大鼠视觉发育阶段的判断具有一定价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the wave changes of flash visual evoked potential (F-VEP) in normal Long Evans rats at different developmental stages. Methods Fifty Long Evans rats at different developmental stages were randomly divided into three groups according to their ages: neonatal group (10 rats aged 1 ~ 14 d, before eye-opening) , infancy group(20 rats aged 15 ~ 60 d) and adult group(20 rats aged 60 ~ 120 d). After anesthetization with ether, F-VEP of each rat in the three groups was recorded. Results No F-VEP wave was recorded from rats in the neonatal group, but normal waves of F-VEP were recorded from rats in infancy and adult groups. Significant difference in amplitudes and latencies of F-VEP main wave (Pmax) was found in rats in infancy and adult groups. Compared with those in infancy group, lower main wave amplitudes of F-VEP and shorter latencies were found in rats in adult group. Conclusion Shortened latencies and decreased amplitudes of F-VEP main waves are found in developing Long Evans rats. F-VEP is the valuable index for estimating the visual developing stages of rats.
