| 摘 要： | 目的：了解甲状腺功能亢进（以下简单甲亢）患者的肝损害情况，方法：选择98例未治疗甲亢患者进行B超检查，103例正常人群作对照，结果：98例甲亢患者，肝肿大30．6％，胆囊炎11．2％，脂肪肝5．1％，肝硬化4．0％，正常人群胆囊炎4例，脂肪肝3例，结论：肝损害是甲亢的并发症之一，其损害程度与病程及合并症有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the liver damage of hyperthyroidism patients.Methods Ninety eight hyperthyroidism patients as investigative point and 103 normal cases as comparison point were selected.Results The results of ultrasonic examination in investigative point: hepatomegaly 30.6%, cholecystitis 11.2%, fatty liver 5.1 %, hepatocirrhosis 4.0%.In comparison point, cholecystitis 4 cases, fatty liver 3 cases.Conclusions Liver damage was one of the complications of hyperthyroidism and the damage degree related to disease stage and complication disease. |
