| 摘 要： | 目的：观察椎旁神经阻滞在疼痛治疗中的效果。方法：对31例疼痛患者施行椎旁神经阻滞滞疗法，观察其效果。结果：椎旁神经阻滞疗法对于颈椎病，腰肌劳损，落枕，肋间神经痛，带状疱疹后神经痛，疗效肯定，均未发现不良反应并发症。结论：椎旁神经阻滞治疗疼痛病人，效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of paraspinal nerve block.Method and Results 31patients under paraspinal nerve block were observed.The rusults showed that paraspinal nerve block produce better analgesia effect for the treatment of pain induced by many diseases,and no compication or side effects were found.Conclusion Paraspinal nerve block have certain analgesia effect. |
