PF方案同步放疗治疗食道癌疗效观察

目的:观察PF方案加放疗治疗中晚期食管癌的疗效。方法:2003年4月-2005年5月对40例中晚期食管癌患者治疗用PF方案化疗加放疗,并与同期单纯放疗的40例患者进行对比分析。结果:综合组和单放组病灶完全消退率分别为57.5%和35.0%(P<0.05),两组1年生存率分别为65.0%和42.5%(P<0.05),3、5年生存率两组分别为37.5%、25.0%和20.0%、15.0%,差异无统计学意(P>0.05)。骨髓抑制综合组高于对照组。结论:PF方案化疗加放疗同步综合治疗能提高中晚期食管癌患者的生存率、局控率和减少远处转移。

PF Program of Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Esophageal Cancer

Objective. To observe the PF regimen plus radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods： From April 2003 to May 2005 on 40 patients with advanced esophageal cancer patients treated with PF chemotherapy plus radiation, and compared with radiotherapy alone, 40 patients were analyzed. Results： The integrated group and the radiotherapy alone group showed complete remission rates were 57.5% and 35. 0% （P〈0. 05）, 1 year survival rates of the two groups were 65. 0% and 42. 5% （P〈0. 05）, 3,5 year survival rates of the two groups were 37.5% ,25. 0% and 20. 0%, 15. 0%. It had no significant difference（P〉0. 05）. Integrated group had higher bone marrow suppression than the control group. Conclusion： PF synchronous chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the combined therapy can improve survival in patients with advanced esophageal cancer, local control rate and reduce distant metastasis.
