| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自制中药骨痹灵片治疗腰椎骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例腰椎骨性关节炎病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服骨痹灵片,对照组口服氨糖美辛,1周为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛症状均较治疗前明显减轻,两组治疗前后VAS评分比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为95.0%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨痹灵片可以治疗腰椎骨性关节炎,疗效与氨糖美辛相近。
