高频彩超在手术切口周围肿块中的诊断价值

目的:探讨高频彩超在手术切口周围肿块中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析31例手术切口周围肿块的高频彩色多普勒声像图特征,结果与手术病理及其他临床诊断结果相对比。结果:31例手术切口周围肿块,其中手术切口疝7例,子宫内膜异位症6例,恶性肿瘤转移灶5例,血肿3例,炎性肿块4例,异物1例,局部坏死液化2例,局部疤痕增生3例,且各有其独特声像图特征。彩超诊断符合率96.8%(30/31),误诊率3.2%(1/31)。结论:高频彩超对手术切口周围肿块诊断准确率高,可作为首选检查方法。

High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Lump among Operation Incision

Objective：To assess the value of high frequency color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lump among operation incision.Methods：31 cases of lump among operation incision were examined by high frequency color doppler ultrasound,all compared with the results of clinical materials.Results：In 31 cases,7 cases were incision hernia,6 cases were endometriosis,5 cases were metastatic tumor,3 cases were hematoma,4 cases were inflammatory mass,1 case was extraneous matter,2 cases were liquefaction necrosis,3 cases were hypertrophic scar,each disease has its own ultrasonography features.The diagnostic accuracy was 96.8%（30/31）.Conclusion：High frequency color doppler ultrasonography is very useful in the diagnosis of lump among operation incision,can be selected as the first examine method.
