一次性氧气湿化瓶低流量干燥吸氧临床应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨使用一次性氧气湿化瓶干燥低流量吸氧下湿化瓶污染情况及病人舒适度。方法:选取2010年7月-2011年7月本院需吸氧治疗的住院病人260例,随机分成两组,对照组采用传统壁式输氧装置低流量吸氧,实验组采用一次性氧气湿化瓶干燥低流量吸氧。两组病人均连续5d询问吸氧舒适度,对照组在吸氧后第3、5、7天分别用无菌注射器抽取10ml湿化液进行细菌学培养;实验组在吸氧后第3、5、7天在无菌操作下用含培养液的无菌棉签在瓶体内壁取样本进行培养。结果:使用一次性氧气湿化瓶干燥吸氧,湿化瓶污染率显著减少(P<0.01)。低流量吸氧下两组患者在氧气舒适度方面无差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用一次性氧气湿化瓶低流量干燥吸氧可确切降低湿化瓶污染发生率,有利于降低医院感染率,同时不会影响病人的吸氧舒适度。

Clinical Application Study of Useing Low Flow Oxygen with Disposable Oxygen Humidification Bottle without Humidification

Abstract:Objective:Discuss the humidification bottle pollution situation and patient comfort about using low flow oxygen with disposable oxygen humidification bottle without humidification.Methods:260 cases of hospitalized patients with oxygen therapy from 2010 July to 2011 July in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups.Traditional wall type of oxygen supply devices were used in the control group.The disposable oxygen humidification bottles without humidification were used in the experimental group.All of patients were asked oxygen comfort for 5 consecutive days,extracting the 10ml humidification fluid under sterile syringe for bacteriologic culture in the control group after third,fifth,seventh days,the culture solution of sterile cotton swab samples of the bottle wall were cultured in experimental group after third,fifth,seventh days.Results:The humidification bottle pollution rate of useing disposable oxygen humidification bottle without humidification reduced significantly.Low flow oxygen therapy of patients in the two groups showed no differences on oxygen comfort.Conclusion:Useing low flow oxygen with disposable oxygen humidification bottle without humidification could reduce the humidification bottle pollution rate exactly,reduce the nosocomial infection rate also,and did not affect the patient's oxygen therapy comfort.
