| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍一种不用气腹的情况下行腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术的新技术.方法 对25例输尿管结石病人采用非气腹的单孔腹腔镜经后腹膜腔途径行输尿管切开取石术.结果 25例中23手术成功,手术时间50～160 min,平均90min,出血量5～20 ml,术后1月复查,输尿管通畅,无肾积水.结论 采用后单孔非气腹腹腔镜行输尿管切开取石术是一种有效而安全的微创外科新技术.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the technique of Gasless Laparoscopic Retroperitoneal Ureteroli- thotomy by Single Pore. Methods 25 cases with ureterolithy underwent Gasless laparscopic ureteroli- thotomy via post-abdominal cavity approach by Single Pore. Results 23 of the 25 cases have been successful, the operation time bing 50min-160min(average 90min) and the blood loss 5 to 20ml. Ultrasound B investigation 4 to 6 weeks after the procedure showed no costracture in ureter of all cases. Conclusions Gasless laparoscopic Retroperitoneal ureterolithotomy by single pire is an eflective way to trat ureterolith with minimal trauma and safe to the patient. |
