| 摘 要： | 目的探讨游离第2趾胫侧皮瓣修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的疗效。方法对36例手指皮肤软组织缺损患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。本组采用游离第2趾胫侧皮瓣修复手指侧方及侧方偏指腹皮肤软组织缺损。结果36例皮瓣全部成活，随访时间为6～18个月，外形和功能恢复均满意。结论第2趾胫侧皮瓣是修复手指皮肤软组织缺损的一种理想方法。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo discuss the surgical procedure of repairing skin defect of fingers by use of tibial side flap of the second toe and evaluate the treatment outcomes.MethodsThirty-six cases of skin defect of the fingers were retrospectively evaluated.Tibial side flap of the second toe was transferred to repair skin defect of the fingers.ResultsAll flaps survived.The follow-up time ranged from 6 to 18 months.All flaps showed good apperance and the function of the hand was satisfactory.ConclusionTibial side flap of... |
