VEGF、EGFR蛋白表达与鼻咽癌浸润和转移

目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）和表皮生长因子受体（epidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR）在鼻咽癌组织中的蛋白表达及意义。方法：用免疫组化S P法检测了38例鼻咽癌和43例鼻咽炎症黏膜组织中VEGF、EGFR蛋白的表达。结果： VEGF、EGFR蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达率明显高于鼻咽炎症黏膜组织中的阳性表达率（P＜0.05）。VEGF、EGFR蛋白表达与鼻咽癌临床分期有关，Ⅲ～Ⅳ期明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（P＜0.05)。VEGF、EGFR蛋白表达与肿瘤的浸润转移有关，即有颈淋巴结转移的鼻咽癌中VEGF、EGFR表达率明显高于无颈淋巴结转移者（P＜0.05)。结论：VEGF、EGFR蛋白表达与鼻咽癌浸润、转移有关，检测VEGF、EGFR蛋白可为了解鼻咽癌生物学特性及判断其预后提供有价值的指标。

VEGF and EGFR expressions in invasion and lymphatic metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective: To evaluate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expressions in invasion and lymphatic metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods： Tissue samples were collected from 38 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 43 patients with inflammation in nasopharyngeal mucosa. Immunohistochemistry method was used to determine the expressions of VEGF and EGFR. Results： The VEGF and the EGFR expressions were higher in nasopharyngeal carcinoma than those in nasopharyngeal mucosa(P＜0.05), and they had some correlation with the invasion and lymphatic metastasis and with the clinical stage of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(P＜0.05). Conclusion: VEGF and EGFR may be useful markers for detecting the biological behavior and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma for their relation with the invasion and lymphatic metastasis of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma
