流行性出血热病毒感染乳鼠脑组织的病理组织学与电镜观察

对分离自急性期病人尿液中的１株流行性出血热病毒（ＥＨＦＶ）１１４株感梁的乳鼠脑组织进行了病理组织学和电镜观察，结果显示感染乳鼠脑组织呈病毒性脑炎样改变，以海马回和大脑皮层的病变较重，海马回神经元细胞内质网和高尔基复合体明显扩张，池内和囊泡内均有管样结构，部分神经元细胞核回铝，核膜完整结构消失。成熟的病毒颗粒呈圆形或椭圆形，直径８０～１６０ｎｍ，病毒是从高尔基囊泡膜内壁上芽生进入池内的。这些形态学和形态发生学特征符合布尼安病毒科汉坦病毒属的特征，并从超微结构上为ＥＨＦＶ直接作用的发病学说提供了证据。

THE CEREBRAL HISTOPATHOLOGY AND ELECTRON MICROSCOPIC STUDY OF SUCKLING MICE INFECTED WITH EPIDEMIC HOMORRNAGIC FEVER VIRUS

The Kunming strain of suckling mice under 3 days old were infected by intracephalic inoculation with EHFVH-114 which was isolated from an EHF patient's uring. The infected brain showed to an viral encephalitis under light microscpe,especially severe in the region of hippocampus and cerebral cortex. Under electron microscope the tube-like structures could be observed in the dialated rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi apparatus. EHFV particles were found within the distended Golgi sacculus. The mode of maturation of virus involved budding from cytoplasmic membrane into Golgi vesiclae.Most of the viral particle observed in the sections were round or oval in shape and 8O-160nm in the diameter. All of these suggest that it should be a member of the Bunyaviridae family and the EHFV have direct cytopathogenic effec on the host cells.
