家庭护理干预对提高风湿性心脏瓣膜置换术患者生存质量的影响

目的探讨家庭护理干预对提高心脏瓣膜置换术后患者生存质量的效果：方法采用随机数字表法将60例出院患者分为实验组31例和对照组29例，对照组按常规于出院指导后定期复查；实验组在此基础上，由心脏外科护师及以上职称人员以定期家庭访视和电话访问的形式进行家庭护理干预，每周1次，每次30～60min，持续3个月；干预前后分别运用中文版世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表测评患者的生存质量：结果干预后实验组患者的生存质量高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论由心脏外科护师及以上职称人员提供家庭护理干预，能有效地提高心脏瓣膜置换术后患者的生存质量.

The effect of family-focused nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with valve replacement of rheumatic heart disease

Objective To explore the effect of family - focused intervention on the quality of life in patients with valve replacement of rheumatic heart disease. Methods Sixty discharged patients with valve replacement were randomly divided into two group. The 29 patients in the control group received routine medical follow - up,while the 31 patients in the experimental group received 30 - 60 mins family - focused nursing intervention by home visit and telephone visit once a week for 3 months. The WHOQOL - BREF was used to assess the patients＇ quality of life before and after the intervention. Results The patients＇ quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） after the intervention. Conclusion The family - focused nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with valve replacement of rheumatic heart disease.
