| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨白血病抑制因子 (LIF)在人类早孕蜕膜组织的表达情况。方法 :采用实时荧光定量PCR技术 ,对 36例正常早孕妇女子宫蜕膜进行定量检测。结果 :36例蜕膜组织均有LIF表达 ,表达水平中位数为 4 6 .5 0 pg/ml。结论 :人早孕期子宫蜕膜LIF基因表达可能与早期妊娠的维持有关

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the expression of LIF in 36 cases of early pregnant women's decidua. Methods: LIF gene expression was detected in early pregnant deciduas by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. Results: LIF expressed in all cases. The expression median was 46.50pg/ml. Conclusion: The expression of LIF in deciduas is related with early pregnancy maintaining. |
