射频作用于肾上腺区治疗慢性类风湿性关节炎的临床观察

目的探讨射频作用于肾上腺区治疗慢性类风湿性关节炎的疗效。方法将56例慢性类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为射频组(n=36)和对照组(n=20),分别给予射频治疗和超声治疗15d,观察两组患者临床治疗效果及类风湿因子、血沉及黏蛋白的变化。结果射频治疗组与超声组患者的关节疼痛症状、关节功能障碍、类风湿因子阳性率、血浆黏蛋白和IgG间差别均有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论射频作用于肾上腺区可减轻慢性类风湿性关节炎患者的疼痛和功能障碍,改善血浆类风湿因子等指标。

Clinical Observation of Radiofrequency in Adrenal Glands Treating Chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective To explore the curative effects of radiofrequency in adrenal glands on patients with chronic rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 56 patients with chronic rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into radiofrequency group(n=36) and control group(n=20),which treated with Radiofrequency treatment and ultrasound treatment for 15 days respectively.The curative effects,and changes of rheumatoid factor (RF),blood sedimentation (ESR) and mucoprotein were observed respectively during the therapy.Results Radiofreguency therapy significantly release the pain of patients with chronic rheumatoid arthritis and improve the joint function compared with ultrasound group (P<0.05 ).There were lower RF positive ratio (P<0.05 ) and lower level of ESR (P<0.05 ),mucoprotein (P<0.01 ) and IgG (P<0.01 ) in Radiofrequency group compared with those in ultrasound group respectively.Conclusion Radiofrequency in adrenal gland can alleviate the pain and function disorder of patients with chronic rheumatoid arthritis,and also improve the markers such as plasma RF.
