| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝移植术后早期应用肠内营养和重组人生长激素的效果。方法11例肝移植术后患者均应用早期肠内营养支持和重组人生长激素。结果患者术后肝功能恢复良好，其中10例能耐受早期肠内营养支持，无肠内营养相关并发症发生。结论肝移植术后早期应用肠内营养和重组人生长激素是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate efficacy of early enteral nutrition support and rhGH in patients with liver transplantation.Methods Early enteral nutrition support and rhGH were provided to 11 cases of liver transplantation.Results Liver fuction of all cases recovered soon,10 of them could tolerate early feeding,no early feeding related complication was found.Conclusion Early enteral nutrition and rhGH used in patients with liver transplantation are safe and effective. |
